From director David R. Ellis known for the latest wave of Final Destination films comes Shark Night 3D. A haunting tale of a group of College kids who head out to a friends Lake House and get WAY more excitement than they had planed for. Sure this may not look like a brilliant piece of cinematography but what DOES look cool about this is the classic 90's horror movie vibe the film give off! Check out the trailer here! Ah, the age old notion that people can have a sexual relationship with no emotional attachment, pure BS! And while this may not make for an ideal romantic relationship it does however make for an ideal Rom Com.
YES, there are all those cheesy scenes that you would expect from a film like this and YES it has the ending you would expect. What you may NOT expect however is that Justin Timberlake is super charming and even though it's in that "I'm WAY better at everything than you are" sort of way it's still pretty endearing. He ends up playing a slightly geekier version of the JT we all know and most of love (which I have a feeling isn't too far off from the real Justin). JT plays a young up and coming blogger who run a very successful site and is being recruited by a ruthless 'Head Hunter' (Kunis) to leave behind the comfortability of his life in LA and head to New York.
Kunis is wonderfully funny (and YES extremely pretty) in the film! The chemistry she and Timberlake have is great and they play off one another well and are both so genuine is their roles and THAT'S what makes this movie work! These two take the dated "Boy Meets Girl' plot and make it fun again!
In addition there are some GREAT cameos that will really surprise you and be another reason you'll be glad you saw this film! I know I am despite playing 4.50 from a small Slushie at the theater! The cast of Mtv's new hit series Teen Wolf were all smiles at this years' San Diego Comic Con. And why shouldn't they be?? They're gonna be gearing up for a second Season before they know it as the show will be returning tot the network next year! No longer a lone wolf leader of the wolfpack Tyler Posey was joined by co-stars Colton Haynes, Dylan O’Brien, , Crystal Reed, Tyler Hoechlin and Holland Roder. Recently, some pretty cool posters were just released for some of the years most talked about upcoming films. First up, Moneyball starring Brad Pitt and Jonah Hill about a man who changed the rules of putting together a baseball team. Next up Joss Whedon's (Buffy) Avengers with an all star cast that includes Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans and Mark Ruffalo. Finally, In Time the Sci-Fi action flick starring Justin Timberlake. The BIGGEST party of the year where people get to 'geek out' literally, is upon us! And this years' Comic Con in San Diego has brought out all the big names! The cast of Twilight paid a visit and had fans waiting in line since 6 in the morning that had spent the night the previous evening! Speaking of Vamps, True Bloods'Alexander Skarsgard and Ryan Kwanten checked out the event as well. In addition Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfried were their to talk about their upcoming film In Time. And Sarah Michelle Gellar who played our beloved Buffy made an appearance with the cast of her new show The Ringer. So needless to say this thing was jam packed with celebs! This is one of the first trailers I've seen in a while to actually leave me speechless! This looks so good! Gosling plays 'A Hollywood stunt performer who moonlights as a wheelman discovers that a contract has been put on him after a heist gone wrong.' I am SUPER excited for this and can't wait for it to come out. Gosling looks like he plays his part phenomenally. Starring opposite is Carey Mulligan who plays a quiet housewife whose husband is just getting out of jail. Drive comes out this Fall. Bryan Cranston, Ron Perlman, and Chrisitna Hendricks round out this amazing cast.Really looking forward to this one, it look pretty damn exciting! Let me know what you think??
The always charming Gosling stopped by Fallon to promote his latest film Crazy, Stupid, Love where he stars opposite Steve Carell. He also chatted about his adventures in NY at a Turkish bathhouse. Gosling also brought along along his dog George. Check out the interview here!
